Can I contact you to ask some additional questions prior to submitting a booking request?

How many people does Antler & Oak Cottage sleep?
We can comfortably sleep up to six guests in three bedrooms. We a king size bed in the master bedroom and two additional bedrooms with queen size beds. Please refer to the gallery for the floorplan.

Where can I find your rates and tariffs?
Our rates differ depending on the dates you would like to visit. Please visit our book online page to check rates and availability for your intended stay.

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check in is at 1500 (3pm). Check out is at 1000 (10am). Should you require an earlier check-in or later check-out, please contact us to discuss and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to our cleaning schedule.

Do you allow pets?
Unfortunately not. If you are looking for a pet-friendly holiday, please consider our sister property, SALT Beach House, Vincentia in the heart of spectacular Jervis Bay.

Are children permitted?
Children are permitted on the property, provided they are a registered guest and staying with a parent and / or guardian. Guests with babies will be pleased to know that we keep a travel cot, change mat and bumbo style highchair at the cottage (please BYO cot linen).

Can I book a single room?
No. By booking at Antler & Oak Cottage you are booking exclusive use of the entire property.

What parking is available?
An expansive gravel driveway is located on the property. It has a slight incline upon entry, becoming flat. The driveway can accommodate 3-4 cars. If your vehicle is low to the ground, you may have access issues, however plenty of on-street parking is also available.

Do I need to bring my own linen or towels?
No, we supply all bed linen, towels, hand towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels for guest use.

Do you provide breakfast?
No, but there is a supermarket and local restaurants and cafes just a short drive away.

What amenities are included?
We have a Nespresso coffee machine in the kitchen.
We have a smart TV with an Apple TV connection to access Netflix and your favourite on-demand channels (own account credentials required). 
There is an outdoor clothesline (no laundry facilities onsite).
We provide a hair dryer for guest use.
The kitchen is well-stocked with utensils and some basic supplies, like oil, salt, peper, herbs, foil and baking paper. There is a concealed microwave and an amazing chef's oven with generous gas stove.
There is an ample supply of firewood for the fireplace and firepit.

Do you have air conditioning?
Yes, we have reverse cycle air conditioning in the main living area (not ducted). We also have ceiling fans in the two bedrooms in the main house. In winter, you are welcome to use our real fireplace.

Do you have laundry facilities at the property?
No, unfortunately not.

How do I access the key on check-in day?
We have a key lock box located on the premises which can be accessed 24/7. You will be provided with access information and a code for the duration of your stay.

What's your booking and cancellation policy?
Each of our booking partners has their own booking and cancellation policy. Please refer to their respective websites for details.

I notice you have a security camera on the property. Can you tell me about it?
As off-site hosts, the security of Antler & Oak Cottage is extremely important. We have two security cameras at the front of the property - one with a floodlight on the main cottage and one on the studio. The cameras view the driveway, the front garden and a small portion of the front deck. They are always 'on' for the security of the cottage, our guests and their belongings. If loud, disruptive or for behaviour that is against our House Rules is reported, they may be referred to. Please do not move them, reposition them, tamper with them or switch them off - doing so will immediately forfeit your stay. We thank you for your understanding. If you are uncomfortable with the security cameras on the property, please consider booking elsewhere.

Do you offer Wi-Fi?
We offer complimentary Wi-Fi for our guests during their stay. The Wi-Fi password is printed on laminated cards throughout the house. Unfortunately we cannot and do not guarantee Wi-Fi will be working 100% of the time during your stay. Kindly note that signal strength is not as strong in the detached room.
Many internet signal problems can be fixed by resetting the modem. To do this locate the modem (in the dining room behind the black sideboard) and turn it off for 10 seconds by either the on or off switch on the modem, the wall socket switch, or by removing the power cable. Switch back on and allow up to 10 minutes to reboot.

How do I use the appliances?
A full set of instructions manuals and user guides are available on the property.

Anything else I should know?
The cottage is directly opposite a cycleway which offers a great way to explore the immediate area and takes you along the banks of the Wingecarribee River. The track is 5km from Moss Vale in the south to Burradoo in the north. Relatively flat terrain and suitable for children. Guests may like to bring a bike or scooter for a great way to get to the village and explore the immediate countryside.
